The Method Class
Our signature Method Class dives in to Contrology (Joseph Pilates' original method). Incorporating mat, weights, Magic Circles and Arcs, this 45-minute class focuses on strength, precision and flow.We keep the class size small so that you'll get lots of attention and hands-on adjustments. Pilates circuit
Develop your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility during a Pilates class utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. This low-impact, high-intensity workout promotes a healthy immune system, builds strong bones, creates balance, and tones the deep muscles. Classical Reformer
Discover the genius of the Pilates Method! The Classical Reformer repertoire challenges students through a specific sequence of exercises designed to engage the mind and the entire body. As one of only six students, you will receive individual guidance as you progress toward strength, flexibility, control and endurance. All levels are welcome. Ready to feel like a kid again? Try Core Bounce! This low-impact, high-intensity workout promotes a healthy immune system, builds strong bones, creates balance, and tones the deep muscles. Ten minutes of bouncing equals 30 minutes of running, but without the wear and tear on your joints!
