Our signature Method Class dives in to Contrology (Joseph Pilates' original method). Incorporating mat, weights, Magic Circles and Arcs, this 45-minute class focuses on strength, precision and flow.We keep the class size small so that you'll get lots of attention and hands-on adjustments. Pilates circuit
Develop your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility during a Pilates class utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. As one of a few students, you will learn about your body’s strengths and weaknesses with exercises designed to challenge your limits. Pilates experience recommended. Book this class →
